Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Delivery:
We deliver world wide. If your destination country isn’t listed, please email us at hola@cosmosophie.com and we’ll take care of it for you.
Shipping Cost:
We offer free shipping within Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands only).
Rest of the world: Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination country. We are always working to offer the best possible rate for each region. Once you enter your shipping address in our system, you will see the shipping cost calculated for your order.
At certain times, we offer free shipping to Europe or the USA for orders over €250.
In these cases, if a return is made and the final value of your order (after the return) falls below €250, the standard shipping cost for your region will be deducted from the refund.
Returns:
You can return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
We accept returns and exchanges of all products, simply because you changed your mind. Please make sure to return items in new or unused condition, with all original packaging and materials included. Once the products have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 days. We will refund the amount of the returned products using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note:
Returns are not accepted for Made to Order items or for products that have been customised in any way (e.g. special lengths or design modifications requested by the client).
Returns cost:
Spain:
Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer, including for items from the current collection. All returned items must be in perfect condition and sent via Correos or a courier service with delivery to our office address.
If you prefer us to arrange the pickup, please request it via email. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
Rest of the world: When returning the goods to us, you may ship the parcel with a carrier of your choice, and you will asume the shipping cost, taxes and duties, that must be payed at origin by remitent.
If you prefer us to take care of the return, please send us an email and we will give you a price for the return of your package. This price will be deducted from the refund of your initial order. Please make sure you know the measurements of the dresses before placing your order. We will be happy to help you.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error:
If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. You may return defective or damaged items at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty. Your return shipping charges will be waived. In this case, we must receive your returned items at our offices within 10 days of delivery.
We cannot exchange returned products for another size or item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product or change the size.
How to Return an Item:
Returning an item is easier than ever! Please follow these steps to start the return process:
1. When you place an order you receive an email with a number asociated at your order.
2. Send us an e-mail at customercare@cosmosophie.com requesting a return, indicanting you Order Number, and the items you want to return.
3. You will receive an e-mail confirming your return is accepted.
