Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
How much is the shipping Cost
Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
If you are buying from Spain Peninsula or Balearic Islands, shipping is free, with no minimum purchase.
Rest of the world
If you are buying from any country in the world, the shipping rate is shown when you enter your address. We work every day with different courier companies to be able to offer you the most competitive shipping costs. Please contact us if you need any help about shipping info.
How to return an order?
You have 30 days to return your purchase, of any product or collection, without explanation.
You only have to send us an email to customercare@cosmosophie.com requesting the return. As soon as we receive your package, we will refund your money with the same method you used to make the initial payment.
Can I make an exchange of size?
In most cases it is not possible to make a size change. You must return the garment to us and place a new order with the size you want.

Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
How to make a Cosmosophie gift?
At Cosmosophie we love gifts. All our orders are packed in tissue paper and a recyclable cardboard box. If you indicate in your order that it is a gift, we will put a special golden paper and we can add the note you want.
If you have received a gift and wish to return it, send us an email to customercare@cosmosophie.com
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. When we receive the order, we will send you an email with a voucher so you can buy whatever you like in our store.
Pre-Order and Made on Request
How does the order "ON REQUEST" work?
Cosmosophie is a small company, and we do not have all the models in stock. Some that are more special are made to order. When you buy a dress on request, you choose the size, and it is made in our workshop at that moment.
In some cases, we can change for you, the color or the length of the sleeve or the dress. Ask us with confidence.
Can I return a dress made "ON REQUEST"?
When you order a dress "On Request", it means that we have made it exclusively for you. Therefore, make sure that the size and measurements are correct because you will not be able to return it.
How the PRE-ORDER works?
When a product is out of stock and we are going to make a restocking, we give you the possibility to order it. This way, you can be sure that you will not be left without it. We usually indicate approximately how long it takes us to deliver this type of garment, but it is usually approximately 15 days.
Can I return a product purchased on PRE-ORDER?
Always Yes! We are so convinced of the quality and exclusivity of our garments that we have no problem for you to return it to us. You have 30 days from the time you receive the garment at home to change your mind and return it.
